Description
This soothing cramp supplement includes cramp bark, corydalis, lobelia, passionflower, skullcap and other herbs traditionally used to promote the relaxation of smooth muscle throughout the body. White willow and St John’s wort are included to ease common discomforts associated with menstruation and other spastic conditions.
Dose
Suggested dose by weight:
- 25-50 lbs/ 10-22kg: 2/3 dropperful
- 50-75 lbs/ 22-33kg: 1 dropperful
- 75-150 lbs/ 33-70kg: 2 dropperfuls
Add to a little water or juice 3 times a day.
